Accessibility Feedback
NRBN has a feedback process for receiving and acting on feedback from persons with disabilities. We want to know about any accessibility barriers you have encountered or suggestions that might aid in implementing our accessibility plan.
Our Feedback Process
We encourage members of our community to share their feedback either including their contact information or anonymously. NRBN can only follow up with feedback submissions that include contact information, however all feedback will be considered.
All feedback is received by the Manager, People Culture and Administration at NRBN. Feedback that is a complaint will be addressed directly with the complainant if contact details are provided.
Request Alternative Formats
Alternative formats to this Accessibility Plan or other documentation can be requested through the contact methods provided below.
We will provide the following alternative formats withing 20 days of the initial request:
- Large Print (increased font size)
We will provide the following alternative formats withing 45 days of the initial request:
- Braille
- Audio
